What the law does and does not say
Spain's animal welfare law regulates the owner's obligations (identification, care, liability insurance among them once its regulation lands). It does not force any hotel, restaurant or shop to admit animals: admission is each establishment's private policy. Some programs include a bed, bowls and treats, others include nothing. Knowing this decides how much gear travels with you.
5. What is the damage and alone-in-room policy?
